        I called this company for a Whirlpool dryer repair.  My dryer was making a loud noise.  Very loud.  He inspected it, vacuumed it and said that he couldn't find anything wrong with it.  Charged $169 for that service call.  Two days later it stopped working again.  I was leaving town the next morning so called a week later, the day I returned home.  I had to call them twice, and was told that they wouldn't apply that $169  service fee that I paid 12 days before to any repair going forward, but would  "work with me?"  Is this how a business builds customer loyalty these days?
