        Put an online order in 40 minutes before picking it up. Went to get it. Had to wait because it hadn't even been started yet. Got the food, went home, realized several items were missing. Went back to the store, brought the receipt and showed what items were missing. Got the items, had to point out I was still missing some cinnamon twists. Got back home, checked the new items, not even the items I'd ordered and showed was missing. Tried calling to get ahold of someone, sat waiting for 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. They never did. I've worked in the food industry for most of my professional life. It's not hard to read a ticket. It's not hard to do an order properly. You never have no one who can answer the phone. This was sloppy, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful.
