Purchased our fireplace from this company. I would highly recommend them! They showed up as scheduled and was very meticulous on all the work they performed. They cleaned up real well and were very professional. Had no issues with this company at all.

So I used this company a few years ago when my tankless hot water heater was not producing hot water. Called them out, and they said I needed a 1” gas line ran compared to the 3/4 gas line, and they said I had a small gas leak coming from the tankless hot water heater, so I contacted Rannai and spoke to a service tech on the phone was some lady and she sent a diagram of the tankless and stated there was a small filter that can get clogged and cause a restriction to the heating element. Costed $1.57 for the filter which fixed the issue. So be careful of these people, because they tried to get me when I had bought my first home. Also called out AGL for the gas leak and it was not detected.

Lionel was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough in his work. He moved a gas line for our fireplace remodel and installed a new valve. I am extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend Bolton and especially Lionel!

We needed our gas fireplace and logs repaired and replaced. The office staff was helpful as I asked about their services and what I might be needing. Lionel, our technician was great. He arrived in a timely manner, was professional and conscientious about keeping the area clean as he laid out his tools and needed equipment to make repairs. He explained our options and provided material that we could look at so we could make a decision regarding new logs. He explained the workings and care of the set up and was sure we understood basic maintenance required. Would recommend Bolton to others in need of gas fireplace work.
