This place is full of scammers. Unit 805 makes over 100,000 a year and are over the occupancy limit with 6 people in a 2 unit. They are presently buying a 500,000 dollar house thanks to all the money they scammed from our low income apartments, they probably are friends with the leasingoffice and thats why they got to break the posted rules.

This review is solely regarding maintenance @ Renew Sugar Hill: Claudia is my FAVORITE maintenance lady! I have lived at Renew Sugar Hill since 2019, and Claudia is the last of the original maintenance crew members, that still remain/work here. She's always so friendly, waves and smiles as you pass by and is VERY thorough in her work. Yesterday, she and Miguel (maintenance) did some work in my home and I sooo appreciate them for a job well done! Thank YOU!

The WORST place that we have ever lived in - at the point where we were okay to pay penalty for terminate our rent and move out ASAP. Our unit was infested with molds and roaches from the beginning and we had leak issues and our upstairs water pipe bursted and flooded our unit. This caused more molds to grow - molds on our kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, furnitures and clothes - we had to move out as management communications were HORRIBLE and thing weren't just getting fixed. Our maintenance requests were often ignored or we had to follow up multiple times, one staff say one thing and the other staff says complete opposite when it comes to urgent requests - it was horrible trying to get simple things fixed let alone mold issues. Also, make sure that you complete a walk through inspection with them because their inspection report will have no explanation, no cost breakdown, and pictures that has no visible problems with. AVOID at all cost.
