Walgreens

The staff needs customer service training, in particularly pharmacy staff. The manager on duty daytime 5/9/23 offers no customer satisfaction. They all seem to not like their jobs. This is the only Walgreens we've had problems with. I would rather travel miles than set foot in there again.

They stop doing paper cash for cash app at a certain time because they dont want to count money someone need to stop this its very inconvenient for emergency stuff

This Walgreens is a horrible representation of the chain. Their customer service sucks. The cashier Tameka with the finger waves and her assistant manager, I didn't get her name are extremely rude. The assistant manager raised her voice at me when I was being very cordial towards her. I hope corporate reads these reviews and gives them a refresher course on customer service because they seriously don't have any here. It's sad that I can no longer shop at my local Walgreens but a few extra minutes of driving gets me to the Panola rd location where they value their customers.

I always get my prescriptions at Walgreens. I love the pharmacist and the employees. They are always so kind. Sometimes there is a wait. But in order to get good service sometimes you do have to wait.
