Please run!!!! You will regret ever meeting these people, especially Christina!!! Is there anyone more unprofessional? Reviews is the new WORD OF MOUTH. They only care about money and evictions. The properties are not well keep and most of the properties floods.

I moved from a property of there's back in March 2020. I was given move out fees amount to pay. They kept my $1200 deposit and told me I owed them more money. I went on and paid it all off by Oct 18, 2020. I am trying to move in this house now in another state and they pull my credit and say I was denied because I owe another property. I told them I didn't. Good for me I keep everything!! Back then I asked the Assistant Property manager to send me something in writing stating I paid in full. He did. So I had to dispute with TransUnion by sending that documentation. They deleted it but Missed out on the house. Now get this, I paid it off 2020....they just put this on my credit in 2023. They really thought they were getting some COVID relief money out of me. NEGATIVE!!

This my second year with cordia management and i can say that my time here has been wonderful. Me & my Kids loves our home. I barely have any maintenance issues but when i do, they respond quickly. I plan on renewing for another two years.
