Scheduled a appointment a month in advance they sent me information on filling out paperwork on-line I filled out everything took me 45 min and sent my dl insurance infoWhen I got there they claimed they had no clue where my paperwork went etc etc I left warning sign they are not professional or organized or accountable

Update: Now theyre sending out letters for people to bring in their old blood pressure machine and exchange for a new one. This is a scam. I found out my insurance company was being billed over $200 per month/ sometimes per visit for a blood pressure machine because that transmits information to a company (I forgot the name right now) who never calls or follows up on elevated bp readings. When I disconnected my machine from health wealth safe, I was told to return the machine. This msg was from the monitoring company. Why Should I return the machine when my insurance paid for it every month? I continuously questioned, who the billing company was on my statement/no one knew anything. Be Careful with inflated billing and the milking of insurance companies because we really need insurance one should hate to lose it over fraudulent activity. At the very least, inform the consumer what they are paying for.

Brought my son here 2 weeks ago because he was coughing and throat hurt. Let me say I made the appointment online and I picked this place because it was close to the house. So we got here early and they had me fill all the paperwork out and then 10 minutes go by they call me up to the window say they can't see him for an hour . I said that fine I live around the corner. So we leave git to the house and they call and say come back they ready for him. So we do . We get back they take him we see the doctor for like 10 minutes they do a covid test a streap test. After took back to doctor he just started writing rx did not even tell me that he had streptococcus. I asked the pharmacist and she told me . We went back We went back today for a follow up and we waited for over an hour for the doctor to basically just ask him questions and make sure that he took all his medicine His appointment was at 12:30 we didn't get seen until 1:30
