The business owner responded) . I called Allstate and was transferred to her office directly. Talk to the lady at your front office who answers the phone you will not get away with this bad behavior. You should have investigated and checking your staff first before choosing to call me a liar ... Original review:The agent I spoke to this morning was extremely rude and condescending. Please do not use this this business as they do not care and will treat you like trash. They deny claims and take your money go to another business
