Very unprofessional and didn't want to do my daughter's hair... they don't like doing twist one braider said... really??? Wow! Will never go here again!!!! Responding to your response: IF YOU READ CORRECTLY, I SAID YOUR BRAIDER TOLD ME that she DOESN'T LIKE doing twist... another BRAIDER was actually doing twist on another client. If I read the other reviews, I wouldn't have even came to your shop. I texted you but you didn't reply so I came here to tell you my issues.

Booked a appointment for my two babies 10am at 2pm still no one was never told how long it would be rude when asking questions worse place ever staff is rude *I'm updating this and hope you see it your place has a 3.6 rating Weather or not you believe it or not Your staff is ruined actully mostly you I was hopping you would replay no one should wait four hours without any information and I changed my babies hair style to fit your Inability to braid the length of her hair which speak for itself. which has been done btw. Then on top of that the other one got hair down her back what is your excuse there you are just unprofessional and as the stars keep dropping people will see.

I showed up here with my sibling and her cousin and it took 2 hours for them to get to my sibling and her cousin the place was a hot mess and dirty and Unorganized people came in and cut in front of us after wen we was there 1st this is a bad place to come like people get yall self together and do better
