Couldn't put zero stars- Wanted to share something about the Great clips on Rockbridge Rd and five forks trickum. I went in to get my haircut today, the lady that cut my hair was very rude and and when I tried to tell her what I was wanting she got mad that I had questioned what she was doing to my hair. She ended up hacking my hair up so bad that I started crying in the chair when she got done. She didn't apologize, or care how badly it looked, it was obvious she did it on purpose. She made me pay for the cut, I went home crying. I ended up going back out and going to another salon for them to fix, and the stylist that fixed it even said that it was cut so badly that it was obvious it was on purpose. I did go back into the Great clips, to let the lady know that I had to go get it fixed and that I sent photos and and an email to the corporate office at Great clips letting them know that it was done on purpose. Great clips actually emailed me back very quickly and told me that they were sorry for what happened to me and that it was an independently owned location and that they would be notifying the owner and that the owner should be getting back with me. I just wanted to let other people know that this happened so that it doesn't happen to you. I really felt that this person had assaulted me and there was not much that I could do about it. It didn't seem to bother her at all and that's even more disturbing.

Online sign up process very good. Their system had lost prior visit records and didn't get name from haircut lady but was unusually quick. Luckily I just wanted a quick clean-up haircut.

Had to come home and cut my own hair. Said something about hair looking uneven. Blamed it on hat hair. Big chunks came out when I cut it. Spent about three minutes cutting.
