My Technician's were very polite and helpful they were very knowledgeable and did a great job!!! I would use them again and recommend them to all my clients. Very professional and knew what they were doing.

I had these guys to come out give me an estimate to install a Over the range vent hood. I purchased stone to go on this wall. I showed the stone to the technician and informed him that the stone was going on the wall. The long and short is once they came to the home to install the vent the technician had a concern about the unevenness of the stone even though it was the same stone that I showed him when he came to give me the estimate. Also he complained that the stone should be cut out to accommodate the Vent and that he was going to charge me an additional $260. My problem is this had he been more diligent from the beginning and took the vent out of the Box he would have realized that there was a template for the vent and that the outlet was too Low. Also if he was more detailed oriented He would have advised me from the very beginning where to put the stone on the wall and to allow a opening for the installation of the Vent. He Spoke about installing it incorrectly and that it was gonna be uneven and it might rock back-and-forth but he did not have any of that concern nor did he have any of that due diligence when he came to the house from the very beginning to give me the Estimate. The unprofessionalism comes in when They 1st started to drill into my newly installed stone wall Put 3 holes in the wall Then claimed that They were going to go Get the tools to do the job and that he would be coming back. they never Came back which was good for both of us because to pay them an additional $260 because of their negligence Did not sit well with me.

If zero was an option that's what they deserve. Horrible service they do not know what they are doing at all they did more damage than anything. Quality Home Technicians claimed they can do window replacements and completely botched the job. They ended up cutting off my brick window sill completely exposing my window to water damage and breaching HOA rules. They did not replace the sill. Another window didn't fit correctly and looked awful. The kitchen window was a vertical window that was turned horizontal which led to water damage. All the window frames looked damaged afterwards. On top of all this, they kept trying to raise the price claiming they had to make more adjustments than originally thought so they wanted to charge more. When I hired real window professionals to fix the job they stated this was the worst job they ever seen and took pictures of it. Do not use this company unless you want terrible work that damages your home. Plenty of better options out there.
