Sassiest contractor you will ever meet in your life , is a supposed boss but has no contracting structure at all ,hires from craigslist has no real crew or any tradesmen actually working for him , by far the sassiest contractor youll ever find , he is 50 and some how blocks you when you have inquiries or things arent going how they are supposed to go, Keyon C Prezzy is a scammer in a suit dont trust this at all

I contacted this business for an estimate on our deck. At first Kenyon Prezzy seemed eager to discuss the job and we made an appointment for later that week. However, the morning of our appointment he called and cancelled. He sent me a text apologizing and offered a 15 % discount off the price of the project. I accepted and after a week of travel, I contacted him to reschedule. We agreed on a date and time, but then he called me asking what I considered to be unusual questions about the project, questions about things we had already discussed. I got the sense that he didn't really want to come out for an estimate, but he agreed to come out and set a date and time. On the day of the scheduled meeting he did not show, text or call. It is my opinion as a consumer that his non-responsiveness is very unprofessional. I will not consider this contractor for any future projects nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
