OMG! I left a jacket to replace 12 buttons out. The buttons were gold lion faces. I demonstrated how lion faces should be all in same direction, (face up (common sense, its a face). Picked up jacket, faces were every which way! I asked for it to be redone correctly with faces all facing front. They wanted to recharge me because she didnt realize it was a face! We looked at the buttons together when I dropped it off, we discussed how good they would look with jacket. Now they want charge me, and I have to wait a week. Taking business elsewhere, including dry cleaning. BAD BUSINESS! Why should I have to pay anything to get it fixed?

I dropped of 5 items, of which one was a black sweater. The female owner counted each piece but the sweater was not listed on the ticket. My mistake was not noticing this until after i picked up the clothes. The next day, i went back to inquire about the missing sweater. The female owner, would barely listen. She kept stated that it was not possible for her to have missed a piece...as though she was Perfect. She absolutely would not entertain the possibility of her making a mistake. I wasn't upset or anything, but I KNEW that there was a sweater. I even suggested that she review the camera that was just above the register, which she down played. I'm so disappointed.
