30% quieter hahaha!!!! How loud was it before Ouff!!! New 75k btu and the hum from the fan motor is unbearable. Works fine but its coming out tomorrow. 300% louder than the 25 year old Lennox that came out.

We installed an entirely new system (ducts, condensing unit, furnace, and evaporator coil), and the ADP evaporator coil failed after 1.5 years (all other components were Bryant). After spending over $10K on a brand new system 1.5 years prior, we ended up paying over $1000 on labor and refrigerant as only the part is covered under warranty. Unacceptable quality. Attempted to contact the company for the the opportunity to make this right, but was given the run-around (sent back and forth between departments/sales rep and disconnected).

Could not reach them on the phone. Tried calling 3 times and it disconnected each time. Finally someone answered (very unprofessional) and said they would transfer me to their warranty department. Waited on hold for an hour before it disconnected. The TXV Valve in for our AC failed after 5 years. Our HVAC Company said it was likely a defective part. I will make sure to never use this companies products ever again.

Joe in Tech support was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. ADP manufactured my AC/Heating unit, which works extremely well. I had problems that were not ADP's fault but I turned to them and they were willing to take the time to advise me about finding a solution to my problem. With tech support like Joe in Tech support you can't go wrong. I recommend ADP. Angela
