If you have a Groupon don't waste your time. Go ahead and trade it in for somewhere else. She'll take forever to get in contact with you just to say she has no availability. And the phone number on the Groupon is incorrect. It's the number to a chiropractor office. They had to give me the right number and they even said Shelly is not concerned enough to correct the issue so they don't keep getting calls. Shelly just take down your Groupon and stop wasting people's time and money. You know darn well you really don't want any Groupon customers and you're never going to schedule them.

I purchased a Groupon for their services. I called and left a message. I received the following text message. .In order to be placed on my schedule if have a groupon i will need a copy of the voucher that displays the voucher number that will be redeemed immediately.  Or if not are services will need to be paid in advance. Please check my website for days and hours of operations shapesbyshelly.com. All appointments are made over the phoneI will call you to schedule appointments. I have limited availability for Groupon Voucher Holders and it can take several days for a call back. If that is unacceptable I do understand you can contact Groupon for a refund I found this to be extremely rude, unprofessional, and impersonal. I had a few questions to ask, but until I give my Groupon voucher number, there can be no phone call. Besides the obvious issues I have with this, is the fact that once I've given my voucher number, they will redeem my Groupon, and they get paid without services being rendered, not to mention they greatly restrict the number of appointments so that it's almost impossible to redeem. I would be very careful doing business with them!!! Buyer beware!
