      image My first time at this Urgent Care and it went very smoothly. The ladies at the desk were very helpful and kind. The RN got my vitals and story to update the provider and she was with me within a few minutes. I did not feel rushed but truly heard and given patient centered care in a timely manner.

      image Got to the UC in 730p hr. Front desk staff turned me away upon me telling her I had a fever of 102.1. She claimed they are at capacity when the lobby or waiting room was empty. They are not scheduled to close till 8p and I was denied being seen. Will not go to this UC in the future. Noted this is routine per another review, to turn people away or not be welcoming when sick in last hour probably because they want to go home on time.-Myrie
