booked a load with marli belk. I explained to her we need to get paid directly , no factor , no letter of release . She says no problem, we will get paid by quick pay . I advanced the driver $150. I called monday morNing and accounting tells me they have to pay the factor . I said no way , we booked the load on condition we get paid directly . why can't people keep their word ? I am out $150 because marli belk is dishonest and does not keep her word . All i want is payment for a load delivered. She tells me in an email that I have an attitude. I feel that I was cheated by this lady .
