Blueline Transportation in Stockbridge was contracted to transport a 2020 Nissan Sentra from Enterprise AL to our dealership in Macon GA. The driver took pictures of the Sentra in Enterprise and there was no damage to the car. The driver delivered the car to our dealership and the end of the business day. Drove the Sentra and parked in in front. He handed the key to a salesman locking up. No pictures were taken, no walk through was preformed, and no Bill of Landing was presented to be signed.
When they were contacted about the issue, they presented a forged BOL, and informed me that it was my word against theirs. I pointed out that if the driver was unaware that he had damaged the car, and if he could not produce evidence that it was not damaged when he delivered it, does that make his any less liable, to which he responded, no.
After that he was more able to help, but now Blueline Transportation is not taking my calls. They are also not responding to my emails. It has been 6 days since my last contact. I am going to have to resort to a legal method to resolve this matter.
I would not recommend Blueline Transportation. They are very unprofessional.
