image Good morning, I would like to share my experience with youll. I am not an angry customer that never shopped at this store, I actually enjoy the store one stop shop! But heres where my draw back comes from. I purchased a stilh farm boss less then 7mo ago long story short its not working. I brought it into the store for service , I cashier asked is it under warranty and I said yes most definitely I purchased the extend warranty. She begin looking my info up but nothing was found she only had my phone number and name but record of purchase. I thought that was odd because I shop here all the time but Ive never had to return anything. The young lady said that my info could have been put into the old system, so a manger was called (Tina) . Immediately (Tina ) walked up and asked if had a receipt and I said no I dont have the receipt I thought the system would have it since I bought it here. (Tina ) informed me that Northenr doesnt store warranty information and its up to the customer to keep up with warranty paper receipt and weather or not its cover under warranty to droop it off the will be 60$ As Im looking for the receipt (Tina ) kept restating that weather or not you have the receipt the price will be 60$. I Informed (Tina ) that I wanted to make sure the warranty will stand before I pay the 60$ , I also asked about the stihl 1 year manufacturer because I understand policy are rules and wanted to take a different route because again the chain saw is only 7mo. (Tina) then stated that the stilh 1 manufacturing warranty isnt going to cover on whats wrong with it , thats why they tell customers to get the store warranty and its still 60$ for us to look it. My thoughts I dont care about the 60$ obviously, Im not cheap about a steel and secondly (Tina ) needs better training at customer service and customer empathy. I wasnt being difficult at all and all I received was attitude and eyes rolling in hand gestures if you dont believe me just roll back audio and video from April 2, 2024 7:30 am , I think because of the Im going to ship somewhere elses because I dont like employees think customers dont matter and stores isnt making it right with customers Im talking about real genuine customers that doesnt look for anything bad to say .
