I have waited ten months before leaving my review. I've done this way so that you know this is not spontaneous. And now I have a For opinion that is very valid with facts. if I had it to do over again with ivy league realty. I would not use them.. the real team screw me. And cost me money in several ways. I would just take the facts of what happened. And you can make up your mind yourself. The only thing that did happen that I wanted was the actual purchase of the home however Everything else was a bus first of the realtor but it warranty with funds that I secured during negotiations without my approval. Or permission she never did even ask me. She just did this on her own and what I said. I didn't want to use them because I had my own warranty company. She said it was too late I thought that this was very distant January. Because I gave her no authority to make purchases on my behalf.Then she calls me about $2500. Because he missedrepresented herself as representing veterans United. Which is a realty agency for veterans. And she said she was affiliated with them. Ut that wasnt true. However, during the process after closing the deal. I could not receive the bonus because she was not affiliated with them and paperwork was not turned in with the company that she was affiliated with. But of course, she said this was on me. How can I turn in paperwork when I don't even know you're not being truthful about the company you represent? No, please also not forget that repairs weren't done that. She'll sure be what done and warranty that I specifically ask for with the house. This is very frustray, and you may think we'll just use your warranty to fix the repairs that weren't done. But guess what? The warranty that she purchased without my appoval or permission doesn't even covor the repairs or anything that I need to be done with the house. It is essentially useless. I'm screaming to the roof tops to all my friends to not use the agency. If zero stars was available that's what they would get from me.

Closings can be very annoying, everything is needed right now or 5 minutes ago. Ivy and her team made it easy and pain-free. I appreciate the white glove service and great customer service you've provided me during the entire process.

Ivy sold my house in 30 days and got me a good price. She and her staff were extremely helpful and professional despite any challenges that might have been present. All the processes were clearly explained to me so that I knew exactly what was occurring at all times. The costs were fair. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the services provided and will look to Ivy again if I return to Atlanta.
