        They won't honor your appointment time so don't waste your gas or time going there. Was offered another appointment for the following day but that one would probably not be honored either, just bad business practices.

        Friendly employees, however, they have no urgency. My appointment was scheduled at 8 and I early just before opening. I was the first customer in line and they didnt bring my car into until 9:30. Service was finally completed at 11:30. 3.5hr is ridiculous let alone being the first customer waiting over an hr first service to began. Better to drop if you can.
