Had an appointment. Showed up (on time) and no one was there. Called multiple times and no answer. Not sure whats going on. Maam you have a problem and its not me. There is a reason for everything, I thank God you were closed. I found another salon, and am currently getting my hair done. Your trying to shame me for booking a last minute appointment. They had no problem over here nor any bad attitude. Maybe why your closed and they are open

I love the professional and awesome customer service. First experience to 5 visit as of today has been consistently awesome. EJ has much wisdom with being a stylist and has a God given talent with hair and fashion and creativity! Very pleased and you will as well! House of Jave appreciate the Love on my hair and boutique is on point as well!

I have been in need of a hair stylist since I been wearing Microlinks, I was in need around the 4th of July 2021 and EJ came through for me. EJ runs a professional establishment, she is very personable and she moves very quick. She has found a client for life in me just based off of her talent. My daughter got her hair done here for the first day of school a while ago and they did a pretty decent job. My regular stylist doesnt have anything open for a month so I decided to try here. You have to make an account to make an appointment and after I did that, the website doesnt recognize my sign up. So click forgot passwordstill nothing. Way too much to book an appointment. Ive spent a little over 20 minutes just trying to sign up and book an appointment. Im too frustrated and judging by the other reviews on surprise fees, Ill pass. And before the owner tries to jump on here and say Ive never beenI most definitely have and have the receipt to prove it and Im more than willing to show it if need be. I can also attest to surprise fees. I paid $145 for a silk press. I gave 4 stars because my daughters hair looked good. Took the other star away because of the difficulty of the website (its been changed twice since I last booked). Lastly, judging by the owners responses, I think its fair to assume its a little hood here. What professional do you know responds to a customers complaint with I got TIME today. Service: Hairstyling
