This use to be customer friendly. Not anymore! I walked in and notice 5 employees, not 1 person greeted or assisted me. However I was greeted by a friendly rep. Unfortunately she was trying to sale at&t services. So not only am I ignored by every employee, Im being harassed by a salesman. Shame on Brandsmart!!! I walked around the store without any offered help or care from no one. I noticed three employees upstairs looking down at me. Once I made eye contact they looked away and continued their conversation. Disgusting! I have been let down again by the untrained, customer base establishments.

Customer service is horrible. You have to jump from loop to loop to another loop. Smh

This is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My wife and I spent 4000 dollars on a couch, a loveseat, and a chair, which are all motorized in the footrest, the back and the headrest. One of the headrest on the loveseat doesn't move but the motor runs. We bought the extended warranty. I contacted the warranty company from the warranty pamphlet and the person didn't have any record of our purchase and no information on how to get it repaired. I finally talked to one of the store managers and she said she would put in a repair order and I would be contacted in about an hour but never contacted. I called back the next day and the manager said she put a repair order and said that I should get an email message from the repair company but nothing. I've had it with Brandsmart.
