Mom was not happy when she was tied down to the bed for days and thrown in the xray machine with feeding and oxygen tube down her throat she wasn't happy. She's in pain tremendously 3 months later.

I went to wellstar on highway 138 on yesterday for a sinus infection. The minute I entered the door I was greeted by a Beautiful lady who could be the singer Tamias twin, she was just as beautiful and very sweet but also very proffesional.The nurse practitioner was very sweet and professional also. They all deserve huge bonuses and raises for their exceptional hard work and dedication to the patients. So Thank you staff for a AWESOME visit!!!!! I got so excited about writing this I forgot to say that the receptionist at the front desk name was Erica. So Thank You Erica and staff for a nice pleasant visit, it was very much appreciated!!!!Deidre

I have always had a good experience here. Typically, I call ahead and never have I waited for an extended amount of time. Today, at last minute I visited and was in and out within 45 minutes. They were friendly and thorough, which I appreciate. They P.A. even changed my plan of care based on possible script interactions, which I appreciate.

This place seems to not know what urgent care means! They close at 7:30 pm. However, they post hand written signs before 3:30 pm just so they do NOT have to work and can get out right at 7:30! I can understand if it was close to closing, even maybe 6:30. However, 3:30pm! What is the point of having hours then, if they simply close whenever they like? I called about 15 minutes before I got there to see how I could make an appointment online. And she still refused to see me because of the handwritten sign just being put up. I am assuming she knew 15 minutes ago that they were near or at capacity. However, she did not tell me when I told her I would just drive out and wait to be seen. This is so careless, selfish, and apathetic. I would assume that if you don't have an appointment or it is not morning time, they will not see you. Hopefully, your urgent illness works around their fluid schedule. And DO NOT call assuming they will help you or tell you the truth about there being walk-ins! Something needs to be done about this. It is a care facility!
