I think its important when people come to your facility you greet them. Not open the door look crazy and say can I help you. Furthermore I have not ever been to a daycare that says because its nap time you cant pull me into the office and give me information about your day care. Instead Im at the door looking like Im soliciting. Let me say, Im not opposed to the fact its nap time and you cant give a tour, etc. you dont have a site or anything, so I wouldnt know to come here at 8am to get information. Thanks for narrowing my search. Lets get our customer service together. First impressions are everything in business.

I have been looking for a daycare facility for my now 11month old baby girl. I personally had a horrible experience here and I only went into the facility to request a rate sheet. They dont deserve the one star. I found myself knocking on a door of what ended up being the back end of the daycare. There was no indication that the front entrance to the facility was at the back side of a street facing building. When the lady got to the door she explained that we were in a the back of the building, and that the main entrance was on the other side. She asked how she could help me and I told her I would like to get a rate sheet, she asked why. I told her I was looking for a daycare she invited me in. She told me we were in the 2 year old classroom. The floors are old wooden floors that look like they need to be swept buffed mopped or maybe even replaced. These are the same floors that the 2year olds are playing on with rugs here and there throughout. The director was slightly rude. Upon hearing that I came to request a Rate Sheet she asked, for what? Without even stopping to greet or acknowledge my presence. And that point I had seen enough. I politely said never mind and asked to be let out of the facility.

I’m so impressed by this center. Went in for a tour last week and was wowed! Mrs. Phelps the owner was so very informative and pleasant over the phone setting up the initial tour that i was excited to see the center.
When I arrived for my tour I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. I actually was exhausted due to having viewed over 12 Daycare’s over a two day span and was mentally drained and overwhelmed. This one felt different, it was refreshing- instead of my 28 month old trying to remain in my arms, she wanted to stand on her own two feet in this center- which indicated comfort. Immediately upon entering it smelled clean. The facility is new, and exceed my expectations. The teachers were friendly and seemed to have a passion for children and generally enjoy their jobs. There were may safety features in place that I can appreciate along with the idea of faith based learning taking place.
As a stay at home mom transitioning back into the career world after years, selecting a daycare was hard but this center is amazing. Additionally, I appreciate the teacher to child ratio and the ability to live feed. We’re new and only on day two but I’m pleased. I’ll update in a few months. However, at this point I highly suggest checking this center out if you’re in the market of needing child care.

I love them. I love the director Mrs. Kim! They treat your children like their children and keep up with every milestone with your child and help you with things that you can work on at home. Love Ms. Dee the infant room teacher as well, all of the kids love her !!!!! My daughter will continue to go there as long as she can lol
