        Just got an auto loan through this branch and it was a great experience for me! I started the process with bank rep. Ms. Sandra Hawkins who was able to secure me with an amazing 5.7% interest rate, which today is almost unheard of. She made what normally can be a stressful endeavor very smooth and rewarding. I cant thank her enough. I came back to finish the process and sign the paperwork 3 days later and this time was helped by a different bank rep, Ms. Brianna Valencia and at first I was weary because I had a great experience with Ms. Hawkins and I knew ld be in good hands with her again. I wasnt sure what service I would get with this new rep BUT she was as equally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ms. Valencia took her time to explain everything I was signing and even got me approved for a credit card. I highly recommend this bank for your financial needs. Hopefully youll get the bank reps I had. Ask for them.
