Church's Texas Chicken

This is my second time here and this is the best churches chicken l have eaten. Chicken is cooked well done and well seasoned. Also wait was not two long, and the customer service was great

STILL no dining room service, and a simple order typically takes 30 minutes to wait to order via drive through, plus another 30 to wait for the food after you do finally order. Insanity.

Not good I went there on the morning of April 14, 2022 the service was slow the spicy chicken didn't even have the regular seasoning. I didn't eat mine they were too far away so I didn't even go back to get a refund. Sad that this location doesn't provide good service nor food anymore.

We pulled up and there was no one in the line And we sat at the weekend for literally 15+ and the line got longer by the minute. When my mom was speaking to the lady at the speaker she was just silent and I asked if someone was there she responded with a attitude. Now looking at the reviews I see why it has a low rate. Im 17 and I have a job at a fast food place and my managers would be very disappointed in us for the poor customer service. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK DONT COME TO WORK. Simple like that.

The wait is usually long but we don't mind because the food is good. tonight was abnormally quick. We got our food piping hot!!! Everything was HOT! ******THEY re-dropped everything in grease! OLD ALL DAY CHICKEN, refried jalapeo bombers with NO FILLING and reheated biscuits". ****** PEOPLE OVERLOOK THE HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR GOOD CHICKEN BUT THIS LOCATION HAS NOTHING LEFT TO OFFER. Whatever the pressure from corporate may be, I STILL BLAME LOCAL MANAGEMENT AND SHIFT LEADERS you cannot treat people this way. We WERE regular customers but I'd rather pay more for good chicken. POPEYES IT IS!!
