We have been harassed by the HOA lady from the first day we moved in as we were actually moving in! She was very rude. Later in the year, she kept on submitting the exact same picture of one of our vehicles that was parked in front of the house for only a couple of hours, while we cleared the driveway to move things, multiple times and the company that manages this property played along until we had to pay over $600 in fines. We have paid over $1000 in ridiculous fines at this point! We are frustrated and our management company will not help us deal with the HOA they have told us we have to deal with them ourselves but they do not have a working phone number and they do not respond to the multiple emails we have sent.

We have requested the pool and tennis court access card multiple times to no avail. Those are just a couple of the various unfair, unjust and harassing incidents we have experienced. Our neighbor, who is also a renter, told us she filed a civil case against her in Henry county and won. She advised us to do the same.

This is a nice community with an active association committed to keeping it that way. They have upgraded the pool area recently as well as other common areas.
