I'm a landlord and needed my soffit repaired for an inspection that i gave them the date I had to have it done by. The team at first acted like they cared and said they would get out and do the job for $500, then all of a sudden I get a 3k quote. I got the run around for weeks. Super unprofessional. I couldn't get a quote until over a month after I kept messaging and calling them. No follow up. They even told me they inflate the prices for insurance. I have never in my life seen a business ran like such. I am not one that makes a review often, but BEWARE.

We used these guys for mitigation after a tree fell on our house and allowed water to leak in the from the rain. They were very thorough and took moisture readings everywhere before removing parts of the house. After that, they did a good job treating the mold growth and drying it all out with their commercial equipment. They: -Were very knowledgeable -Took the time to answer questions and educate us on the proper process and why -Pleasant to work with -Responded quickly to our problem -Were there when they said they would be there -Put down plenty of floor protection to make sure nothing got further damaged during the demo process

We had a ton of storm damage and I was not sure where to start. A friend recommended Chandler Design Group and I couldnt have been happier. Robbie helped me every step of the way with figuring out how much damage was done to completing the job. Their knowledge and expertise of the damage and how to fix everything was great. I highly recommend them.
