Axis is very convenient place to live considering location. Its a great place to live because of how close it is to campus. Although Axis is convenient, I wish axis would use the money they are receiving from the rent increase, and use it to remodel the apartment. If we are going to pay more in rent the money should be used for better WiFi and better things in the apartment.

Axis can be a nice place to live depending on what your standards are. Some of the staff is nice and maintenance is also very helpful and efficient. However, they raise the rent every year and ask you to renew your lease for the following year after only ONE month of living there, and only give you one week (if that) to think about it before it increases more. $5 is an okay amount to raise rent, but $30 for someone whose been living here for 2 years now is a bit much. The reasoning I was given was its not fair to the people who are just moving in. I wouldnt mind paying the extra money if it was worth living here, but it is not. The Wi-Fi is terrible. Sometimes the security guards can be rude, as well as some of the employees. This is the type of place you would THINK is for you at first, but after a while, it gets stressful and annoying. There is so much more that I could say, but I would be here for hours.
