We only needed to rent a unit for 2 months. This was a very easy process of renting and canceling our rental. Units appear brand new and we were very pleased. Will definitely use Arrow Storage in the future if the need arises.

Amazing customer service!! This was the only place that had available units, at a reasonable price, when to move on a super tight timeline. I called and got everything set up over the phone super easily. When we were moving things out, I thought I'd lost the keys to one of my locks, and the guys were quick to offer assistance and even offered to run to Lowes and get a lock cutter. Luckily I found my keys pretty quickly, but still just so helpful and kind. I completely forgot to officially notify them we had emptied our units so I got charged for another month, but as soon as I called to ask for a refund, they said yes - no questions asked!
