Ark Plumbing Inc. serviced my home timely and did a great job! Quinn was thorough and went above and beyond what was required. They let me know they were on their way and communicated with me following the service. They are even ordering a part that is a better long term fit and going back out after original service to make it better. THAT is 5 star customer service! Wish I could rate them even higher. Charged $50 for an "estimate" for a new sewer line which turned out to be several thousand dollars more or double that of another large reputable Statesboro plumbing company that also offered a "free" estimate!

Had a busted pipe with the below freezing temps, Ark came out within a couple of days -- it's on a different line so I still had inside water but it needed to be fixed. Did a great job, very satisfied.
