        These guys are always so helpful! Were very impressed with their customer service since moving here. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is they update their systems at night with 1 hr warning and I work graveyard doing healthcare from home

        I called the other day due to problems with my email only to learn that it had been taken down with no ample warning or anything. Was unable to retrieve any of my important emails such as MD appointments and other pertinent information that I heavily relie on. When the young lady came back to the phone she just said sorry but that service was no longer available and hung up the phone. I was shocked and I'm left in disarray.

Ive had the pleasure of working on special telecommunication projects with Bulloch Solutions. They have been phenomenal to work with. Their assistance is unmatched and always supportive. I would like to highlight three of Bulloch Solutions professional team members Todd Von Waldner, Alex Morris and Josh Kyle. They assisted this week with a special urology project and were both proficient and efficient. They provided the most professional service, and we are excited and prepared for go live.       Hi Bonnie, thank you for the candid feedback. Starting in May of last year we announced that our free email services would be ending on January 1st of 2024. This announcement was made at our Annual Meeting where all members of our cooperative are invited and encouraged to attend. After this, a public press release was put into circulation by local media outlets. We mailed a letter to all members, sent multiple emails to the bulloch.net addresses and even made phone calls to each email subscriber offering help and a solution with the email transition. In addition we also saw hundreds of customers assisted by our own IT department to help them transition to a new email service before the January 1st deadline. We also had a billing insert sent our in our regular monthly statement. All of these great efforts were done to help our members transition to a new email address. This being said we would still be happy to help you with your transition as our IT team is always willing to go above and beyond for our subscribers and members of the cooperative.
