The front desk person I just spoke too was RUDE RUDE RUDE. I called yesterday and felt like I was being rushed off the phone so I called this morning to try again and as soon as I get on the phone this woman is so disrespectful and will not let me speak. You are suppose to be a place who cares about people. SMH. I was trying to set up Sevices for my grandma and I am already under a lot of stress. I will not be using this facility because of this. Do better.

My therapist has been so nice and understanding. When I have issues he has been kind. He encourages me to do better. He works with my limitations. Thanks for this program.

Caroline is excellent I had called for yall to help last year because I have MS and wasnt getting around as good as I was and Caroline & Becky were a great help. Forward to November of 2023 got in an accident on the way home from thanksgiving and not only ended up with a broke left wrist & a blood clot in my right lung due to engine ripping my right driver leg. I also broke my back in three places. Out of icu to critical care to rehabilitation for three months finally made it home. Caroline did in 4visits more than rehab did for me in months. Im back living on my own and she still continues to improve me every visit. She gives you the tools to recover if you do your homework for in between visits you will get results every time with them. And the nurses are great too. Makayla and Haley. Come by every week checking on me and checking on my right leg and bandages it up. Never miss always following up on me.
