        After an 8-year layoff, I returned to the Gym in order to improve my strength and health. Snap Fitness provides the perfect atmosphere for regaining healthy fitness levels without my being self-conscious or uncomfortable. The Gym is very clean. Open 24/7, the Gym is not crowded at specific times. However, even when crowded, all the members are friendly, especially the owners of the Gym. I initially felt so lost until Rhonda directed me to try the bands and boy, I felt the burn. It was a great way to start my work out without impacting my joints. Rhonda is always willing to give advice if you need any direction. Both owners, Mike and Rhonda, are so kind and helpful. I noticed comments concerning cancellations. Mike and Rhonda must adhere to the policies set by their Franchisers. So, please follow the terms and you will have no issues. This is the friendliest gym I have ever joined!
