Wouldnt recommend wait time is out of this world long and they usually never have any counselors

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Understanding that at times we have no choice but to seek help where we can potentially find it. However, this office is the most unprofessional and uncaring place I have dealt with. They do not answer the phone most of the time. I have to call for hours and let it ring to finally get someone on the line. I have never heard of a psychiatrist office that does not provide an emergency number or answering service. And like the other client said, you will make an appointment only for them to cancel it. And then when you need to get even 7 pills to fill a gap to your next appointment they will refuse you. This is not only morally wrong but also can cause severe side effects when suddenly stopping these types of medications. This is unsafe. If you are able to - steer clear of this place.

I won't recommend this place. If you make an apartment about this you will be there like 2 hours of waiting time. I had Horrible Service with this place.

Would not recommend. I'll make an appointment weeks ahead for 2pm and not be called back until 2:45pm most days, sometimes longer. I'll frequently go for my appointment only to find out they couldn't find it or the person I was supposed to see is out. The latter I wouldn't mind if they had bothered to call and inform me that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I've also had to change counselors 3 times, thus having to rehash problems over and over to new people, as their schedules would suddenly change or they would relocate without informing me until I arrive for my already scheduled appointment. I'd leave and choose another counseling center if there was one available in this city.
