        Rented a forklift for one week. Requested pickup on Friday and was told they couldn't pick it up till Monday then charged me one extra week. My company is in the middle of the huge expansion. Any contractor that rents from this company will lose their bid!

        Lance and his guys went above and beyond the call of duty. 1st class customer service and professionalism. I delivered a CAT part to them, and had a cut airline on my trailer. These guys removed it, then drove me to a parts place for a replacement and then reinstalled it for me. They refused to take any payment from me. They treat people like they hope people would treat them. Followers of the Golden Rule just like Mama taught me. You guys are awesome..
