Would just like to start off by saying i should have taken my vehicle to them from the start. Unfortunately my insurance company did not tell me about all there select service locations and sent me to another company. After they had two attempts to fix my jeep in a five month timeframe, I was informed by a neighbor about preferred collision. So i went and had a visit with Bubba Fields. First off the office and buildings looked way better and more professional. Second Bubba was great a real pleasure to visit with and he listened to my situation and thankfully was kind enough to clean up somebody else's mess. I had a quick visit where he looked at the truck took my estimate and took some pictures so he could gather what info he needed, after that he walked around the entire vehicle with me so we could make sure he was up to speed on all details of my situation. Before i made it back home i received a phone call to let me know all my parts were ordered and would be there ready for my drop off date. If thats not fast, efficient, and quick service i don't know what is. Best off all he kept in contact with me threw every step and any additional stuff they needed to address i was informed right away. Really i can honestly say if u r looking for a repair shop you shouldn't look any further then Preferred collision. Being without ur vehicle is a big inconvenience, i know i was for almost 6 months, but they did everything in there power to help me out and get my jeep fixed as quick as there high quality standers would allow. They do honestly stand behind there work 100%. So go see Bubba Fields if ur in need of a body shop he won't let u down.

Once again, preferred collision was incredibly! Thank you to Bubba and Joel and the rest of the team. They have now walked me through two totaled cars with the kind of help that you would think about getting 50 years ago Friendly, personal, wanted to help because it is the right thing, and never felt taken advantage of like I was family. Thank you preferred collision for helping in times that are a bit overwhelming!

Great experience with getting my car fixed. Working with insurance was a pain but PCC was very timely with fixing my car once insurance did their part. They even cleaned the inside of it!! Definitely would recommend!
