Fast and friendly face they are really going over and beyond seeing more and new faces each time i come in definitely stating to see a change and there seem like there really getting it together it has improved in the past couple of weeks the managers are always happy and very eager to help if i could give more stars i would keep up the good work

Went through the drive thru-no one acknowledged our arrival at all, in fact we had to place our order at the window. Seemed as though there was only two people working. The older lady was extremely nice and took our order without any issue. She was exceptionally pleasant. The main reason this is receiving a 1 star review is the hygiene practices they fail to use during our visit. Due to the fact we had to place our order at the window, we were there a little longer and observed a little than normal. The young lady who was refilling the ice right inside the window allowed her hair to fall inside the ice multiple times. Had her hair been pulled up and retained this issue would not have happened. Very nasty practice and concerning. Will not be going back. Wouldn't have been there that night, but after a late night game that was delayed, we had no other options.

I think they find the rudest people they can find to apply and hire them. They dont let you finish a sentence before trying to rush you off to the window. They are out of everything all of the time. Worst fast food place to have in Springfield.

I visited here 2 days ago and when I say that they didn't have anything in stock that's what I mean. They didn't have any tomatoes in, no ice cream cones, the store had no dairy products available. Even the soda machine wasn't working properly. Plus it took at least 10 minutes to fill my order and I only purchased a 2 for 10 deal, smh . The best thing here is their free WiFi
