        I've been a customer for a bit over 12 years, but unfortunately they've lost my business, I work on the south side of Atlanta, I couldn't get to pickup my truck before closing, asked if I could pay with a credit card, I was told no, was late for work the next day because he would not take my card over the phone

        They took way to long changing 1 tire. My family member was in there for over 2 hours. I called and they said it was appointment only and it would be like 30minutes to 45 minutes for 1 tire change. We did have an appointment. The excuse was short staff. I can see it being 2 hours for 4 tires but it was 1 tire. At most it should be 45 min.

        Had a busted sidewall on my mini van tire, should have been an easy fix but I ended up sitting there for over 2 hours
