        Everything went well till the agent went to send the return. She had to make 2 calls and sat on hold for about 20 minutes. She finally figured how to correct the problem. The extra time was inconvenient.

        Very slow and still not sure if she did it correctly. Didnt ask me what I was filing. Then couldnt find information to file on the paperwork given even though it was there. Became almost twice the price after I added 1 10-99.
