I signed up for lessons for February 2023. I was worried because I was an adult and the sign up doesnt distinguish classes between a toddler/kid class and adult classes. But thankfully, they try to pair you up with other students that are near your age. The other student that was meant to be learning with me never showed, so I basically had a personal instruction for the price of a group instruction (pretty sweet outcome). My instructor was named Caitlin (I think). She was good. Gave a lot of encouragement and tips. Most of the time I was in the water by myself, but shed often as if I wanted her to get in with me to demonstrate. I think she wasnt always in the pool w me because I was fairly comfortable in the water already. CONS the pool and the area around it, wasnt always the cleanest. Even though it was enclosed, thered be random bugs floating and leaves and debris at the bottom. its VERY loud. You practice when the competitive team is practicing. So its very hard to hear and there are a LOT of kids everywhere. I suggest coming dressed in your swimwear cause theres not really a place you can change. youll be using the same pool as the little kids so heads up that youll be in each others way if you cant manage to get one end of the pool to yourself. parking lot could use some work. But getting there 15-20 minutes early can help secure you a spot. Overall, Im glad I took lessons here. Id continue on if I had the time.

Contacted them for ADULT private lessons and was informed that their instructors are in high school so all lessons will be after hours and based on their schedules. For the price charged, its unreasonable let alone unprofessional. 1- a child doesnt have the maturity and/or experience needed to teach an adult. 2- if Im paying my money, I need a reasonable schedule before swiping my card instead of being told that a CHILD will contact me with their availability based on their school schedule.

Im writing this review at 1:15am cos Ive taken time to think through before writing this. I signed up for the group adult class and we are 3 in my group. My instructor was pretty young (possibly 16/18) and I think that she had a challenge training adults because they mostly train kids. Ive been to swim school before and I can definitely say that this wasnt hands on. After my classes, I cant say I was pleased cos I felt like I couldnt put a finger on what Ive learned or how Ive improved in my swimming. She couldnt pay attention to each of us fully. The 2 people in my group complained about the same thing! The service isnt good in my opinion as I complained to the owner/CEO and he mentioned that some adults take about a year to learn (which is totally unrelated to my complaint). They do not have accommodation for missed classes even if you tell them weeks before. Thats unfair cos LIFE HAPPENS and some flexibility would be helpful.
