Atlanta Property pros has been managing my property for the past six months and they are absolutely amazing! So timely in their responses and able to answer all of my concerns/questions!

Solange the owner masquerading as a manager is very unprofessional both in her conduct and communication. She has our items missing from a property we had agreed for them to manage and she started name call us and sending us childish emails which we intend to use in court for what they are. If you hire them to manage your property, soon she will call you broke, boy or some silly names like that. She smiles at first with you but point out issues and now you are an enemy. She has insulted me, my wife and even mocked our bereavement. Public be aware. I will post our law suit against her and her shell of a company she hides as corporate veil.

My experience here was absolutely fantastic during my stay at this home! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The communication with the host was seamless, and they were incredibly accommodating to my needs. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home, and I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail.

I do not like this company do not book with them. There was mold inside of our rental then they tried to move us to another rental at midnight but once we got there, the rental was extremely messy and it was not clean. We were also down 2 beds so people had to sleep on the floor, so the next day we had to stay out of the rental we couldnt even relax in the rental because someone had to come in there and clean up, so we had to stay out and about even though we wanted some downtime because we had to wash all the comforter sets due to the pubic hairs in the sheets so we could go to sleep the night before. And if something goes wrong with your home, they will try to give you a promotional credit to come back to one of their properties located in Atlanta. Which has me thinking? Why would I come back to one of your properties of both of your properties were dirty and one of them had mold? They do everything in their power to keep your money so therefore, you cannot get a refund. I do in fact have pictures.

The location couldn't have been better; it was conveniently situated near all the attractions I wanted to visit. I also felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this short-term rental to anyone looking for a five-star experience. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay!
