      Nayla, we are very sorry that your picture did not turn out well. We advised you that the image you provided would be blurry because it was a screenshot from a video. We highly recommended that you provide us with a higher resolution image. You said that the screenshot was the only image you had and to proceed with the order. Again we are very sorry your picture was not to your liking but in order to have it at a higher quality we would need a higher resolution . We also offered to reprint the picture for you but would need a better file from you for it to turn out brighter.
