Metro Gas & Plumbing Installations

I have used Metro Gas and plumbing for over 20 years. They are licensed professionals. I remembered the Atlanta gas light company referred me to them for work on gas line repair and a water heater replacement. I got my gas grill installed and unhooked to my existing gas line and they were also installed a gas light for me so I can cook even if it's dark. I enclosed my garage 2 two years ago and had them install a room gas heater . Everything is still working well. Even my water heater. They talked to me about the tankless type and it has lasted all this time. No tank to leak yeah!

We called the company on a Saturday and automatically went straight to someones personal phone number and when this person did not answer he decided to text to say Im busy at the moment please text me. So we did. NEVER heard from this dude again. I understand people being busy and given your company closes early afternoon on a Saturday probably means that you have your schedule full. FINE. BUT the underlying issue is this, you have plenty of time to text that youre busy and when you see the detail of the message with pictures sent, you dont even bother to say hey I dont have time today I will give you a call back on Monday. Nothing at all. Thats just horrible customer service. Man yall gotta do better, but dont worry we wont be bothering you again.
