I have had 3 paintings framed here. I am having two done at this time. I disagree with the review that is posted. I actually live closer to two other stores but I drive the 17 miles to come to this store for their framing customer service. They have been consistently courteous, friendly and helpful. They do not rush me in my decisions which I appreciate. Framing can make or break artwork. Some of the pieces are the last watercolors my mom did in her artist career. They are on natural paper and need UV protection. I could not just trust them with any framer, but I trust the people in the Snellville Michaels Framing Department.

If I could give zero stars I would. Even if Micheals potentially does great framework, just based on the customer service I would never recommend ANYONE to this store. After my experience yesterday I will never be returning. I came into this Micheals store with the intent to have a piece of artwork framed. I was definitely overcharged, rudely profiled that I couldnt afford my work, and given a terrible attitude about any questions I had.
