Charlie was great. She was very responsive and communicated with us her schedule. We made an appointment right away. She was perfectly punctual and accommodating.
We were in a bind and needed a notary right away. She made herself available to us on a Sunday. She is quite the professional and also very personable. Our time around the table signing the documents felt more like sitting with old friends.
What a great profession and person.
