Wish I would have used Katie to start with!! She is professional and always available when you need her!! Patient and always sweet and happy!! Let me tell you she always has your best interest at heart! She sold my house in a little over a week and also found me my new home! She and Brittany always had every document and never were aggravated by the many things I asked for!! Trust me realtors are not all the same she has the connections to get your home sold!! Let me tell you one thing Katie is great , we called 1 day she was out the next day . She took all our information asked my wife and I what we were thinking, told us her ideas what she would do for us and by god thats what she did, Shes very professional and I personally think very trustworthy she handled everything kept us informed on everything that Was going on we didnt have to worry about anything . She put the house on the market on a Monday flooded us with prospective buyers . Well 2 days later we took the house off the market, she had sold it for 50, 000 more than we were asking for !! I just wish I could have taken her with us to Florida to help us buy our new home . So all I can say if you dont call her thats your loss ,God bless you and thank you so much Katie youre the best!!!!

I meet Katie on June 16th at my home. Katie was very professional and honest as we spoke that evening. The most important thing for me was how my spirit connected with her. Katie never made me any promises however she gave me confidence in trusting her. Before Katie my home was on the market for 6 months with only 1 contract. Katie listed my home a couple days later and the requested poured in immediately. I had a contract on my home in 3 days.
