Cody,Thank you for your heartfelt review of our company. However, after reviewing the situation, I think it is important to note that there are a few discrepancies in your submission. First, we have not shielded you from talking with your carrier, in fact, Travelers reached out to you on numerous occasions but were unable to leave a message due to a full voicemail box. They even sent a representative to your property to try to correct the non compliance issue, they were turned away by someone at the property. You suggested on your call with our agent that we had intentionally given them the wrong phone number to call. That simply is not true. I personally verified with Travelers that they were trying to contact you at the number you called from this morning. As for our agent that spoke with you today, I know that she was in fact offering you a solution. She had reviewed the situation and had a three part plan approved by the carrier. Your contribution to that plan was to say “That’s simply not going to happen, I’m busy”. And to be clear, the request was for 4 photos of your property, a statement of intent to complete the property inspection within a reasonable timeframe, and to verify your contact information. Nothing more.Finally, you state in your review that you were not aware of the noncompliance issue. However, you stated on the call that you were looking at a notice from the carrier dated sometime in August. Waiting until 4 days before your non-renewal date to take action does not equate to being unaware. It equates to poor time management and your reaction to our solution equates to a poor sense of personal responsibility. Best of luck in your search for new insurance!
