Not professional at all, never return calls or emails. Always has excuses as to why she wasnt available. I changed insurance companies completely due to the lack of urgency.

Didn't answer the phone after calling several times. Made a in person visit due to unanswered calls just for the person inside not to answer the door. Another lady who worked there was sitting in the car, got out and open the door to assist. Just to find another person sitting in the office. This was doing business hours.

Do not return missed calls from this number. I received 5 phone calls from this number over a 3 hour period. I finally finished with my customer and tried to return the call. A woman answered the phone very cold like and said thanks for calling American Family Insurance I told the woman that I had 5 missed calls with 0 voicemails and she hung up the phone. I  assumed we drop the call so I tried to call back.  She very rudely told me that the lines were crossed and she did not call as AGAIN HUNG UP ON ME I informed her they were no voicemails I had missed calls I just wanted to be taken off the list and she told me to f off. Good luck running an insurance business with that caliber of customer service! Just horrible. Shame on you Mrs.Harris. I only posted this review because of my interactions with the lady who answered the phone so rude!
